Miss Emiliah (Meals)Emiliah is currently three years old, and was finished at the age of 2, and now has both her second and third season guiding full time for Grey's Outfitting in the North Maine woods. She is a biddable dog with an incredible nose; handles her wild birds exceptionally well without pressuring them; and handles for the gun with commitment, dedication and passion and honors every brace mate reliably, with intensity and respect. Her endurance seems never-ending at times, and for her safety we'll end the hunt - if it were up to her she would hunt ten hours a day - and has been asked to do so numerous times without complaint. |

Maxfield Plantation (Max)Max is a strong dog with an exceptional nose, great pattern, and absolute cooperation in the field, house, kennel, truck and life in general. Max was originally in to be trained and sold as a started dog however after we got to know him, we opted to keep him here and once he was finished, to both guide and breed him once we found a suitable dam that would result in what we are aiming for by breeding - exceptional grouse dogs that are true to their heritage's breeding philosophy and sound physical characteristics. |
